Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Preorders
Certain products may be offered as preorders. Preorder items are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that:

Payment is collected at the time of purchase

Your order reserves a unit from an upcoming production batch

Estimated shipping timelines are provided but are not guaranteed

Your order will ship automatically once the item arrives at our fulfillment facility
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Seazond is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on location, package size, and shipping method.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.
Seazond is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Delivered Packages & Lost or Stolen Orders
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Seazond is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery confirmation. If your package cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Seazond ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Shipping regions may expand in the future.
