Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be provided on the return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Preorders

Certain products may be offered as preorders. Preorder items are clearly identified on the product page and at checkout.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payment is collected at the time the preorder is placed

  • Preorder items are produced, secured, or allocated in advance based on demand

  • Any shipping or fulfillment dates provided are estimates only and not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to production schedules, logistics, or other factors beyond our control

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund only prior to shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once a preorder has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

In limited circumstances, preorders may not be eligible for cancellation once fulfillment preparation or production has begun.

Shipping delays for preorder items do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.

For preorder items, any applicable return window begins on the date the item is delivered, not the date the preorder is placed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
